Assignment One. Styles of Writing.

1. Original: David Zinczenko's article, "Don't Blame the Eater, " is nothing more than an angry rant in which
he accuses the fast-food companies of evil conspiracy to make people fat. I disagree because
these companies have to make money...

My version: David's aricle called Dont Blame the Eater is just a long rant of him accusing fast food compaies of making people fat. I disagree because companies have to bring in the dough....

2. A; Writing Choice:  Benjamin Franklin. "Poor Richards Almanack."

Franklin's piece is set up with sayings and proverbs throughout the whole piece. His style is short
and to the point and is more set up like a free-verse poem instead of a more formal base writing. It
isn't set up in paragrpah form but is set up with a few senteces and then a large some of space and
then proceeds. Despite being set up differently than most writings he still uses correct grammer and
          is speaking towards the audience.

B.   Those who can do and those who can't teach.
Give a man a fish and you've fead him for a day, teach a man to fish and you've fead him for a lifetime.
Few choose the unbeat path while the road to hell is beaten and long.
It is better to live on top of a house than to live inside with an angry woman.

A fool does not delight in understanding but in only revealing his own mind.
Hard wroking students recieve the benefits.
You have two ears and one mouth to listen more and talk less.
